My first zine is in production. Creating this publication has been an exercise in creativity and allowed me to curate images and a bit of text exactly how I would like to within the confines of the pages.

This zine is a glimpse into my memory and feelings. During the weeks, months, and years that I've spent in Cambodia, I've found it continues to be a place where I feel deeper and look a little closer. Hopefully, when viewers are looking through the images and reading the brief notes there is a slow down. A time to reflect on the images and see a little bit clearer.

The photographs within this zine were made from 2012-2019. They come from different experiences and from different points along my creative path. Initially, I was photographing in order to share the experience with family and friends. This shaped much of my experience and drew me in closer to the community I was living in and highlighted the details that added texture to my life. After returning to the States in 2014, this passion morphed into a profession and I've been able to travel back to Cambodia with new skills and new knowledge.

I am constantly thankful for the opportunities I had in Cambodia and how the experience has impacted my life.
